Reformer Pilates group classes use the dynamic resistance of the reformer machine to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance full-body control. Guided by an instructor, you’ll work through smooth, targeted movements that challenge core stability and muscle endurance while supporting proper alignment. With adjustable resistance and variations for every level, these classes offer an energizing, low-impact workout that delivers noticeable results.

 Strengthen, tone, and energize your entire body in this dynamic group fitness class! Designed for all fitness levels, this class combines resistance training, core work, and functional movements to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance. Using a mix of bodyweight exercises, light weights, and resistance bands, you’ll target every major muscle group while boosting cardiovascular fitness. Join us for a motivating, high-energy session that leaves you feeling strong, balanced, and revitalized! 

Class Etiquette

1. Students must remove their shoes before entering the studio and store them in the shoe rack provided.

2. Coats must be hung up on the appropriate pegs provided. Bags must also be hung up on the pegs and not left on the floor.

3. No food is allowed in the studio.

4. Water is allowed in the studio in a sealed water bottle only.  No plastic cups allowed. This is to minimise spillages.

5. Mats will be stored in the corner after each exercise class.

6. No student must touch any of the Reformer machines without prior consent of the instructor.

7. Suitable clothes should be worn to attend classes. Leggings, jogging bottoms, T-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, and leotards are all acceptable forms of fitness clothing. We recommend wearing grippy socks for safety and cleanliness. 

8. Long hair to be tied up and any loose jewellery this is to avoid getting caught up in the machine.

9.  No smoking is allowed on the premises.

10. When not in use, small equipment is to be stored in the corner of the room along the back wall.

11.  Beds and boxes should be sanitised and cleaned after use.
